General Information
House of Chess usually ships the item to any part of the world within 3-4 days after receiving the order but it could vary in the event of Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Father's Day, or any other occasions when there is a huge rush of orders.
The order processing time is shown on the product page or before checkout deemed correct in lieu of the regular processing time of 3-4 days.
The items will be directly shipped from our factory in INDIA at no additional cost by FedEx International Priority / DHL Express Service or any other logistics. Delivery Time is 5 to 6 days for all American States including Hawaii & Alaska. You will also get the tracking details for this service.

U.S. Customers – No Tariff Charges
Although new tariffs have been imposed on goods shipped from India to the U.S., we are fully absorbing these costs on your behalf. This means you will not be charged any additional tariff fees when your order is delivered.

Shipping outside the United States
For a shipping address outside the US, the shipping company may vary from country to country. However, House of Chess will send a shipping confirmation email to your email address provided by you at the time of placing the order. You will also get the tracking details for this service.

Customs Duty, Taxes & Clearance Charges
For a shipping address outside the US, the buyer may be charged customs duty, taxes, and clearance charges as and if applicable in their country. These charges are not included in the item's cost as displayed on our website and shall be borne by the buyer.
